Scotty Gall 1901 -1996

Ernest James Gall (Scotty Gall) was my Grandmother's brother (my Great Uncle). He left Aberdeenshire to search out a better life in Canada. My Grandmother told us that he worked for the Hudson's Bay Company but we never knew that he was also the first person to navagate a vessel and travel through the Bellot Staights and make his way through the Northwest passage over the top of Canada in a singal season. I will be posting more things about him here when I find them.
